About Us

After 3 years of private practice in Guatemala, he next completed a 2 year post-graduate training program in Advanced General Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Center of the University of Rochester, NY, and a 3 year Advanced Prosthodontic Program with a Master in Science Degree at The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH.

He and his wife Carol have 2 kids, they enjoy traveling, sports, music, and quality family time.
They are very involved in their kid's School activities and coordinate the St. Thomas More International Festival.

He is a coach for his son's Soccer team with Arlington Soccer Association, his son's Cub Scout Den Leader, and his daughter's basketball team coach with the Northern Virginia CYO.
His wife is a business administrator that coordinates the office finances, and at the same time coordinates the St. Thomas More Spanish Program for elementary and middle school.

About Dr. Bonilla

Dr. Bonilla has a strong educational background in dental implants, complex full mouth rehabilitations and cosmetically detailed procedures.

As a Prosthodontist, he has special training in the diagnosis and treatment of occlusal problems and missing teeth. He has done research on all-ceramic restorations, and he is constantly updating his skills and knowledge through more than 50 hours of continuing education every year.

He was trained under worldwide experts in dental implant research and all ceramic materials. He understands that each individual has unique dental requirements and that a dentist has to be highly trained to better solve those dental needs.

Dr. Bonilla also recognizes the importance of your time and money. That is why his staff is always available to file your insurance claims, to help you get the most benefits from your insurance company. In addition, care that is not covered can be charged to your credit card or just ask us to create a financial plan for you.
